He is tough enough to hold back multiple large Aragami at once. "Fight not to win, Fight to not lose" is his motto, which has also become the rule of the Defense Unit.

Personality
Tatsumi constantly displays a cheerful, optimistic personality. He's always polite and, as one would expect from a unit leader, he's a reliable guy. He is also quite open with his crush on Hibari and can be seen flirting with her at the mission counter at the Den and with his dialogue.
Apperance
Tatsumi's appearance is his face is rather serious and his eyes are red. Tatsumi is a young adult with dark brown short hair and brown eyes. He also wears a red jacket with black t-shirt underneath, an orange belt, white pants and a pair of black-red boots; his right pant leg is tucked in, providing some asymmetry.
17. Brendan Bardell

Brendan has a calm personality and is a reliable ally. Unlike Tatsumi, Brendan takes a serious attitude towards his missions.

18. Kanon Daiba

A God Eater assigned to the 4th Unit.
Although blessed with an extremely high Bias Factor compatibility, her tendency for friendly fire and her complete failure to improve on this remains a serious issue. Although trained as a combat medic, her huge cannon can deliver a powerful punch.

Personality
Kanon is well-known for her split personality. She is normally kind, friendly, and slightly clumsy but turns into a sad*st during battle and shoots her Radial/Mortar Bomb bullets regardless if she hits an ally or not. She has been known to admit that some of her instances of friendly fire were on purpose.
She has the highest misfire rate of the entire Fenrir as a result; she pushes herself to accept missions on her own to train herself.
Kanon is also good at baking, as she mentions that she baked cookies to thank Soma for saving her (despite the latter telling her to go off and train).

Kanon is a young girl with a pink hair her hair is long and is worn with a ponytail and blue eyes. She wears black thigh highs and a new whitish boots. Her dress is now a skirt and is similar to an apron except with zips.
19. Annette Koenig

Wields a self-designed hammer-shaped Buster Blade. The sheer power of the blows she delivers with it have earned her the nickname "The Berlin Breaker." Although her style is heavy on the offense, she truly understands the value of defensive combat. Her desire to protect has earned her admiration from many. Once belonged to the Far East 2nd Unit.

Annette is strong and willing to learn anything. She, like Federico, expresses her lack of experience as she mentions the Far East's locations as 'real battlefields' compared to her branch in Germany.
She is keenly focused on offense and forgoes defense as opposed to Federico Caruso.

Anneette has reddish brown eyes and blonde hair. She wears a blue coat with a white shirt underneath and blue length socks with matching rubber shoes.

Childish and reckless, as well as a sense of arrogance; he seems to be slightly disliked by some others.
Karel mentions that he is somewhat cowardly; he uses various methods to hide himself and inflict poison, and at other times he himself mentions that he did not give link-aid to incapacitated teammates in order to save his own skin.
He dislikes missions that are too simple for him, having a preference for challenges. Karel mentions that even a simple Kongou would be enough to give him a hard time, hinting to the fact that he is ill-prepared for encounters with stronger Aragami.

Shun is a Japanese young man who don't wears a cap on his head that is tilted to the right side. His hair is now hung in a mid-length ponytail. He now wears a green hoodie jacket with a purple shirt underneath it, brown fingerless gloves, pants that are folded over his shins, and black hiking boots.

A somewhat competent marksman, he has a tendency to give chase in order to prop up his stats.

He shows ability to take on roles of diversion, guerilla and assault tactics within a team. He always causes money-trouble, which he gets scolded for by his superiors.

Personality
Karel always complains about his mission rewards and is always on a look out for lucrative missions. During the time that the Protagonist is left without a God Arc in the Burst storyline, he even goes as far as to tell them to rest while he takes the missions they would have gotten. A self-admitted mercenary, he tends to look out more for himself than he would for others.
Karel states at one point that he is excellent at finding trinkets and items on the field. He also has a small pan of arrogance, especially towards newcomers to the God Eaters' ranks, causing people like the then-freshly-accepted Kota to voice their dislike for him.
He is inferred to have bad money-spending habits, which more often than not gets his superiors on his case.

Karel is a handsome young man with light blonde hair and reddish brown eyes. His hair, grown long after the events of Burst, now cover his right eye. He now wears a pink jacket which is buttoned at the side, black pants and a pair of navy blue boots.
22. Gina Dickinson

A member of the Far East Branch Satellite Defense Unit. Tasked with locating candidate sites for satellite bases and defending these sites from attack. One of the world's best God Eater snipers, few can match her accuracy at long distances. Excels at approaching enemies undetected before launching a surprise attack.

Personality
Gina is a mysterious character in her own way. She loves the thrill of shooting an Aragami from a distance to the point where it becomes a sort of fetish for her. Gina also states that she (may) have a liking for flowers.
As stated by her NORN database, she has a tendency to commit reckless acts like pursuing the Aragami away from her teammates. Her in-game AI does the same, as her range of firing is larger than other ranged-NPCs to the point where she, at times, breaks off from the group to pursue the Aragami on her own.

Gina is still an Old-Type God Eater. She is pale white-skinned, with white hair. She wears a purple and black sniper jacket, her leather jacket has been shortened to chest length, with its mid-length sleeves bunched up slightly, and she no longer wears leather pants. She replaces them with short black shorts with black thigh-high boots. She still has an eye patch; however, it cannot be seen as clearly due to her hair growing longer.
22. Federico Caruso

Federico is very cautious and prefers safe tactics during missions. He is also polite and very serious about his work. It also seems as he has yet to experience true combat as he mentions that the Far East's brutal warzone is different from his in Italy.
He is keenly focused on defense and his shield and forgoes high offensive power as opposed to Annette Koenig.
A post-mission bonding scene with Federico also shows that he has a fondness for coffee, and is very meticulous in making a good cup.

She is usually has a calm and composed behavior and is commented by several people in Anagura as having a "cool" personality exerting from her. In post main scenario, Fran says that she feels at ease having a senior operator to work with.

During one of the later missions in the Operator Episode, she's also shown to be resourceful, making use of one of the Link Support Devices in a pinch situation. She eventually grows out of her nervous shell, learning from her experiences and becoming more confident.

Despite being new to his current job, Teruomi proves to be efficient as an operator, thanks to his experience as a field mechanic alongside Cradle. He separates work from private matters, referring to Haruomi as "Captain Haruomi" during missions. In general, Teruomi seems friendly and at times playful, yet supportive as shown in the event with Urara.
He is evidently similar to his brother in the way that they express their overwhelming passion; however, it is about the God Arcs in his case. His gushing session over a God Arc's charming parts rendered the protagonist speechless twice and the way he worded the question uncannily resembled Haruomi's when he quested for a lady's most charming part.

Deceased. Former Director of Fenrir Far East Branch. An advocate of the Aegis Project, but was secretly advancing the Ark Project.

Longs to execute the Apotheosis Reinstatement Plan with her older sister, Leah Claudius.

According to Dr. Leah's testimony, the intensive care ward inside Friar was actually developing as a facility for strengthening God Arc Soldiers. She has not surfaced since the Friar coup d'etat; her current actions are unknown.
Dr. Rachel: 3
Since a dose of P73 Bias Factor revived her, she has aced less than human. As a result of pursing the Singularity in order to trigger the Devouring Apocalypse, she met Julius, a "vessel" who could absorb large amounts of Bias Factor. Since then, she has given everything to turn Julius into the Singularity. For Rachel, everything- her farther, sister, Blood, and the God Arc Soldiers- were all offerings to Julius.

There has been no word about her; however she is presumed dead after being swallowed by the Oracle Cells of the Devouring Apocalypse. Fenrir's official view is that she was the main sacrifice to the Spiral Tree and, together with Julius, is to be recognized for sacrificing herself to save the world.

Presumed dead upon being caught up in the Devouring Apocalypse, in actuality the Emeth Device inside the tree seems to have bonded her consciousness with the tree itself. It appears she cannot leave the tree, but her consciousness behaves as though she is still alive. It is highly likely she still wishes to trigger the Apocalypse. Dr. Rachel: 6Thanks to the efforts of Blood and Corporal Livie, Rachel's plan to control the Singularity ended in failure. Realizing she had failed, Rachel destroyed the Singularity's core with the last of her strength, triggering "Eternal Destruction."
Utlimately the Devouring Apocalypse was contained, and the damage localized. When it occured, some members of Blood reported hearing Rachel's voice, but the veracity if this claim is up for debate.

Personality
Little of her childhood personality is known. In a flashback of Leah's, Rachel doesn't speak. She seems to have no problem in taking what her sister has. Her silent, mysterious smile is what drives Leah into pushing her down the stairs.
After her accident and subsequent recovery, she seemingly forgives her older sister, becoming more cheerful, more outgoing, and more ambitious. Her father noted that it is the first time Leah and Rachel get along as sisters. Leah notes that she's clever (evident with how she sabotages the God Arc Soldiers). She tells Leah that in the hospital she realizes that she'll never be alone again. This could refer to what she calls as the "Restless God".
However, underneath that cheerful, caring personality (she can pull it convincingly), Rachel is quite cruel: Leah says to the Captain of Blood and Ciel that Rachel doesn't let her forget her mistake ever, and she doesn't deny her father's accusations of experimenting with children, going as far as to agree with Jephthah that it is "completely inhuman." She doesn't justify her action, calling it a prepare to a feast to be served. After her father leaves, she asks Leah for a "doll" to get rid of her father, preventing him from ever reporting her to the Fenrir's Court of Inquiry. She tends to manipulate other people to suit her purposes, such as, isolating Julius so he only relies on her, manipulating Kujo's affection, and using Leah's promise to get what she wants.

Rachel is a young woman with long blond hair and blue eyes. She has a small scar on her left side. She appears to wear dark mourning clothes and a stylish birdcage hat. She is always seen in a wheelchair.
In GE2RB, she returns and now her eyes change to red, and she doesn't require her wheelchair anymore. Whether she actually needed her wheelchair during her adulthood is unclear, as she might have stayed in her wheelchair as a guilt reminder to Leah of her promise to help Rachel with her goals.

Standing at 5 feet and 8 1/2 inches, Leah is the tallest female character in God Eater 2. Her reddish hair is shoulder-length and partially tied at the back. Black thighhighs with garters, a purple ribbon around her neck, and a pair of black, buckled boots complete her attire. Although normally unseen, she has a Fenrir emblem piercing on her tongue. Established an emergency action center at the Far East Branch to manage research on the Spiral Tree's safety and stability, so it may be recognized as sacred ground.

Operation Gateway took an unexpected turn and ended in failure. Director Feldman wishes to reinforce the strength of his cooperation with the Far East Branch. The following covers the current state of affairs relating to the Spiral Tree: Corporal Livie's attempts to link with Romeo's God Arc have accelerated in an effort to calm the Oracle storms and eventually eliminate them.

Continues to negotiate with the directors at HQ concerning information control and management of the sacred ground that has emerged at the Spiral Tree site. Director Feldman has suggested that the Far East Branch assume responsibility, with obligations to periodically report to the Intelligence Center. He has already received support from Dr. Sakaki, with whom he is finalizing details.

Feldman at first appears to be a cold and distant man. However, as time goes on, he shows that he is a responsible man, caring about those under his service (as it can be seen in his interactions with Livie) and people in general (as seen when his first reaction to the Spiral Tree outbreak is to evacuate all civilians).
Apperance
Feldman is a very tall and intimidating man who looks aged due to his work: despite being allegedly 29, he looks much older, with wrinkles below his blue eyes. His skin is very pale, his hair is a dark shade of purple and he has no visible eyebrows. He wears a white suit with a red necktie, and he has a green jacket hanging over his shoulders, which almost always hides his arms.
