Perfectly cooked roast cauliflower – soft on the inside and crispy on the outside.

Served on a bed of a smoky tomato sauce and fresh and zingy salsa.

What to serve this with? I would recommend crispy crushed potatoes or flatbread. It’s also delicious with dips and a crunchy slaw.

I hope you love this one. You can find the video up on my Instagram feed now.
